Position Overview:
We are looking for a confident, outgoing, and self-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team. Your job is to introduce homeowners to our pest control services, educate them on our offerings, and help them find the right solutions for their property. This is a performance-driven role with excellent earning potential and room to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Canvass neighborhoods and speak with homeowners about lawn and pest control services
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and close new service agreements
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our services and respond to customer questions
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
