So happy with this wonderful company! They have been servicing my pool for years. Today, I need to provide a special shout out to the service we received post hurricane Milton. As one can imagine, our pool was adversely affected by multiple tree branches and debris being flown into it from the hurricane, as well as our power being out for over a week, which meant no filtration. Clay, our service tech, came out as soon as it was safe to do so after Milton. Within a day, the pool was back in great shape. After the second day, it was perfect again!  I never worry about my pool because I’m in such great hands with this company. I feel extremely fortunate to have this company depend on! A Good Neighbor Property Solutions is a great company. They listed to my concerns and quickly put them in motion. My grass was fertilized correctly and they show up every time on time. I don't feel as though I was not only treated poorly, but neglected entirely. Charging me month after month and never seen them. Grass has been dying the entire time I've been giving them my money. A great company. Not only do their technicians watch as they apply lawn treatment, they also note areas that need additional treatment. On their own, they noticed fungus and came back to treat it, at no additional charge. Now that's a company that takes pride in its good work!
