Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued clients. In this role, you’ll help schedule appointments, answer service inquiries, and support daily operations to ensure our customers receive top-notch care.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Communicate with field technicians to coordinate routes and schedules
Maintain customer records and service logs in our system
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
Support office team with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or office experience preferred (pest control industry a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Proficient with computers and scheduling software
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
